Origin and destination (city/airport), collection and delivery postcodes (if door service is required), ready date, number of pieces, weight and dimensions, and a clear commodity description. If the shipment is regulated (e.g. lithium batteries), include UN number and packing details where available.

Yes — we can support UK export and import customs clearance as part of the shipment plan. The requirements depend on the Incoterms, commodity and routing. Our team will confirm what documentation is needed and align clearance milestones to your uplift schedule.

Where applicable, we manage regulated cargo in line with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and airline acceptance criteria. For lithium batteries (e.g. UN3480 / UN3090), acceptance depends on classification, packing compliance and airline approval. We’ll advise the required documentation and checks before uplift.

Cargo Aircraft Only (CAO) indicates a shipment must not travel on passenger aircraft and must move on a cargo aircraft service. This can apply to specific dangerous goods classifications and packing instructions. We’ll confirm whether CAO is required based on the commodity.
