Converting every measurement into one consistent unit helps prevent errors when checking aircraft suitability, preparing shipping instructions or requesting an air freight quotation.
Always use the complete external dimensions of the packed cargo, including pallets, skids, cases and any protective packaging. Gross weight should include the goods and all packaging materials.
